Also have them work on cutting invasive vines of the DMV jungle to prevent trees from falling on the roads and power lines. If they have enough physical prowess to jump people and want to fight or flex their muscle, plenty to do. This work is now done by volunteers many of whom are of retirement age and a few school kids wanting credits. [/quote]
