Nice try.  To tell the truth, perhaps neither the school and the ANC had the common sense to realize that they cannot and should not seek to control where people drive.  Under your view if someone drops at Target on WI that should be counted and prohbited.  That is crazy for both GDS and the city.[/quote]

Okay have fun with your tin foil hat defense. The city can put up a traffic sign overnight. The thing is the police will slow write the ticket. So it’s $100 and 25-35 minutes of your time. Also they will give your name to the school. What are the penalties for breaking the enrollment agreement? The city has been doing this for years. It is something they have always been very efficient at.[/quote]

Dropping off in the morning northbound on Wisconsin is OK. Dropping off southbound in the morning is not. Question is do any drop off and pick ups violate the agreement the parents make with GDS upon enrollment?[/quote]
Dropping off in either direction in the morning on Wisconsin is perfectly legal. The rush hour restriction is only for parking and standing, not stopping. Whether or not it is advisable to drop off southbound on Wisconsin in the morning from an optics and safety perspective is another matter. The city could add a no stopping zone as well, however I doubt that they will for a variety of reasons.[/quote]
