And just like Reid screwing his party by invoking the nuclear option, this will screw over the Dems too.... So you get Biden and a Dem Senate, increase court to 12, then eventually you get a Republican President and senate and they FU and increase it to 17 and pack it will all conservatives and so forth, so we may have 30-40 justices on the court... once you open that door, it will hit you him the butt really hard on your way out.[/quote]
