They've been out, and other people have touched what they touched, and they've then gone and touched more things. Knowing this information may provide you with a sense of security if they live in Germantown and you live in Bethesda, but it is a totally artificial sense of security. It doesn't matter. [/quote]

Because: a gym they might have used needs disinfecting. The school where their grandchildren go needs info, where there adult children work needs info,  their commute to work  on a metro needs cleaning, the eldercare event hall  they attended needs disinfecting , as does the facility and staff.  That's why. That's how it can help be contained. That's what is happening in NY. [/quote]
