It seems like one of the episodes where they are laying the foundation for later episodes. For example, we are seeing Kevin's and Rebecca's relationship growing stronger, which throws Randle even further and will likely cause resentment, which sets us up for the showdown between the brothers they previewed at the end. But I found the whole Kevin/Rebecca outing and all of the flashbacks really boring. Randal's first therapy visit was equally boring. Basically, the only part of the show I thought was interesting was Kate's storyline - brunch with Madison and the creation of the music studio for her and Jack.[/quote]
