Going and playtime are not always the same thing, though.  Imagine an ECNL team with 30 players....  Only 11 can be on the field at a time. Not true. I have seen a team with 22 on the roster all travel for a showcase. Instead of playing 3 games, a number of those traveling will get only 2. [/quote]

Yeah. It happens.  I don't recommend joining a club that rosters more than 18.  One thing I really like that MU is doing is keeping the FT roster small and focused and giving opportunities to PT players if they do need numbers.  It prevents the situation you are talking about. [/quote]

That does sound good.  Do the PT players go to showcases?  Are there situations when they play instead of or more than the FT players?[/quote]
