Any discussion about the Langley boundaries certainly highlights resentment of those who are angry that it doesn't have a high enough percentage of FARMs, Hispanic and African American kids.  If these people were really happy about the demographics at their schools they would be bragging about how it makes them superior.

Like the host of Reston impact, they feel that Langley is nearly all "cream of the  crop upper income whites" and it makes them mad. Very racist.[/quote]
