[/quote] Kids quit and join new teams mid-season all the time. The things to work out are releases if going to a new team in same league or financial stuff. As far as practicing with the top team, but not playing on that same team, I am not sure a club would really go for that, unless she was special and accordingly given special treatment. [/quote]
