Iran doesn’t even speak the Same language as anyone in Hamas, and Iranians certainly can’t fly into Tel Aviv with barrels of dough for Hamas. Qatar funded Hamas. Why is Israel ignoring Qatar? They gave 30 million USD a month to Hamas to run the government of Gaza. You don’t ever hear any Israeli going after Qatar. Why?
You don't think there are Farsi speakers who also speak Arabic? Hamas is a proxy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, but yes, Qatar aides them and gave the leaders safe haven for a long time. Israel is not ignoring Qatar. Unfortunately there relationship with Qatar is complicated as is ours. Why does the US have a relationship with a country that funds terrorism and is corrupting our universities?
No, there aren’t. There are more Israelis that speak Arabic. Farsi isn’t even Semitic. Arabic and Hebrew are Like Spanish and Italian-much more lingual commonality. Iran has not been the brains or support behind Hamas. That could only logically come from The closest countries to them and their lingual cousins: the Jews and the Arabs next to them Qatar, Egypt, West Bank. Hamas is not a satellite group of Iran. It’s a proxy of the Muslim brotherhood and a former client of Mossad, current client of Qatar, current partner of Egypt. There’s no way there are no Hamas tunnels inside Egypt. Logistically, Hamas is more connected to Egypt land wise and border wise and to Israel than it is to Lebanon/Hezbollah. The Iranian argument would make more Sense to me if there were not a language and land barrier but there is
