If we assume 13000 kids average each grade, then we have about 15% eligible for the current 2nd grade, in-line with recent years except last year. Last year, the total found eligible is about 500 more, assume most are in the 2nd grade bracket, so will be about 20% for last year 2nd grade.[/quote]
