No one has solved the problem in 100 years of trying, so I'm curious what your solution is [/quote]

The blue sealant exacerabted the problem by 1) making the algae more visible and 2) preventing the natural porousity of the pool floor, thus locking the water in and super-heating it. And anyone who knows how these things work, knew that when the plans were announces (as evidenced by social media posts from the time)[/quote]
