This. 100%   People will twist themselves into pretzels to defend the sexual assaults. There are crimes being covered up that can't be as easily explained away (to be clear - I'm not saying the sexual assaults are excusable - I'm saying his supporters will have excuses) and have much greater implications than just Trump. I’m sick today and going through the documents out of bored curiosity. It’s been fascinating getting a peek behind the curtain into the private lives of names in the news, but I have to move on because it feels too gross both that these people exist and that I’m curious about it.

Anyway, I came across a legal document related to the 2008 case that attached depositions from at least one victim, and it was horrifying. To read the girl’s account in her own words … she was so clearly a teenager. And not a particularly mature or savvy one. No one could read her words and see her as anything other than a child.

I only skimmed a few paragraphs and hate that what I read now lives in my head, but with that strong warning, if anyone is curious about the legal agreements in 2008 or the witness accounts, here’s the document:
