I think posters are responding to the premise.  No, MAGA does not regret their vote.  Neither do non-MAGA Republicans.  Neither do swing voters.   They don’t think they were wrong just because Democrats hate what Trump is doing.  And because Democrats on here clearly can’t admit THEY were ever wrong, we have our human nature lesson to show why the question of this thread is flawed.  [/quote]

That’s clear. I think people who are frustrated and scared are hoping that someone will save us. That MAGA will start protesting. That elected MAGA will finally do something. The reality is that nobody is coming to save us. There’s more of us and we’ll have to resist the entire way, but there’s not going to be an a-ha! moment. It’s not coming.

In fact, I just met a college student today who said he wanted to be a Capitol police officer. When I told him that our neighbor was one and had told us how hard it was on 1/6, he looked at me blankly. “What’s that?” he asked. I explained, and said, “Huh, never heard of it.”

We have to stop denying reality. MAGA is happy.
