(Unless you're someone like Greta T., who is seeking that out for herself.) I know she supposedly volunteered for this, but as a parent I would say "Thanks, honey, but this isn't your job." Once you put her up to speak at the RNC, I think she ceases to be a teenage kid or grandkid of a candidate, and becomes a public speaker who is open to criticism. You can't have it both ways, so why would you do that to your teen? Also weird that Barron, who is the over-18 child of the candidate, did not speak, but the under-18 granddaughter did.[/quote]
