If everyone could only vote for board members in their OWN districts (to weaken the Apple Ballot influence), it might not be such a "landslide"..  :idea:

Yes, segregation in Montgomery County is a problem for STUDENTS, but it's also not reasonable for teachers to expect to be able to afford million+ homes. Bethesda and Potomac schools have zero trouble retaining teachers, so really, it's not a problem for teachers.[/quote]
