Flipping the rae is going to make the q4’s more sought after but having to go from u12 to u14 is going to funnel them right to Ecnl. Top clubs in my area are staying by, but these are clubs that have to win. Big question is whether or not those top teams/players can survive playing up and make it to mlsn doing so.

They would skip u12, go from u11 8/1 to u13 1/1. Of course any aug-dec birthday coming from outside of mlsnext between u13-u17 would skip an age group to do so.[/quote]
