It's certainly not much different from Blake getting an acting gig from her dad. They are both nepo babies who were given huge legs up in life and specifically in Hollywood due to their parents' wealth and position. I really do not see a big difference there.[/quote]

I think that's different. I was annoyed by the [b]Blake should settle (always Blake, never Justin! ) [/b]but it's true that burden is going to shift to Blake now, to prove her claims and there are thing there that will not stand up to scrutiny. And it is also going to be uncomfortable for Baldoni and co to answer what they meant in those texts. No one is going to come out of trial looking great.[/quote]

lol Justin doesn’t have the option to settle.

She’s the one accusing him of wrongdoing, he can’t just decide to drop the lawsuit. Blake is the only who can do that.
