She’s the one accusing him of wrongdoing, he can’t just decide to drop the lawsuit. Blake is the only who can do that.

When Lively was a defendant, Baldoni supporters said she should offer him millions, possibly tens or hundreds of millions, to drop his case.

Shapiro was number one in her law school class, that’s pretty darn impressive.

I’m pretty excited because I think there is a chance this means they are going to appeal the MTD decision, The NY Times was asking for a final order just last week. I think that would be very interesting.

And to clarify, there is an associate at this firm that clerked for Liman. Perhaps Gottlieb is out of the golf foursome after all.
