Again, he does not live in Forest Hills, but elsewhere in NW. Since DC allows felons to vote, his address is readily available re: voter rolls. MPD said he has an "association" with Saratoga as did victim, none of the 3 lives there, in Brandywine, etc. at the meeting Frumin had. [/quote]
