This is the same issue with private companies too. It’s silly.  My spouse is having to return to office.  They don’t have space for everyone, took away the private offices and everyone is still online.  They are demanding flexibility in the early am and late at night but forget things like commute.  Either they get the extra hours wfh or the get commute time.  Only so many hours in a day. [/quote]
