I'm from Colorado (live in DC now) and remember those stickers. The annoying thing about them is that there are many actual Natives in Colorado but they aren't the ones bragging about being "Colorado natives." Those are just crunchy white people whose parents moved there in the 70s. It's obnoxious.

But PP, please know that there are lots of Coloradoans that aren't like that! And honestly, the population has boomed so much in the last 30-40 years that I would be surprised if you are surrounded by that many people who have lived there their whole lives. Even when I was in high school there, I feel like half my class were transplants. It's so common there.[/quote]
