I seem to recall -- but I'm honestly not certain if this is correct -- that the deadline to submit the parent questionnaire and other materials is set by the school (and perhaps the AART at the school) vs. the central office. It is listed on the FCPS website.  The deadline for optional materials to be submitted to the AART at the local school is February 4 2011.

Parents of students not attending FCPS submit screening files. All screening files are delivered in person to the Advanced Academic Programs Office at Fairfax Ridge Building:
