What you left out.

Evening rush more dangerous than AM.  And most hit from in front, NOT from behind.  So its not normal taking the lane that is the issue - in all likelihood, its people riding with inadequate lights, being hit by distracted drivers.

As for urban, many more people are riding in urban areas.    [/quote]
