Two totally innocent victims were murdered by two people. Nothing Juliana did makes up for the murder of Joseph Ryan or helping plan and murder Christine. They both are actually guilty of both murders. Juliana got an unjust deal, no two ways about that. If I had my way she would get life in prison for the murder of Joseph Ryan and the planning of Christine's murder. We do not always get what we want though. I do believe that Brendan will get life with no possibility of parol so at least thats some justice for the two lives they took.

I think if they needed her to get him, I’m fine with them cutting whatever deal they needed to cut. Better to convict them both than for one to walk away, especially if he was the leader.

She does not get out of jail at all until after Brendan's trial and she testifies against him properly. If she doesnt her plea deal is off the table completely. After his trial the prosecution and the families make a plea to the judge. She is sentenced after that and the Judge will have the final say about how long she serves. The day she is released from prison she will be removed from the country. Thats how this works.

I do know her scheduled sentencing wont occur until after his trial is fully over. So closer to her date the date will be changed to be after his trial. This is to insure she follows through adequately with her end of the deal or no deal will happen and her plea deal in its entirety will be tossed out. In the end the judge will sentence her based on her help in his possible conviction and what she believes is fair.

Hopefully they are doing horribly in jail.
