[/quote] Great location BUT they are not selling quickly. One sold for about 2.3. Small indoor pool- Hamptons with townhouses/garages has big outdoor. Same for the mid /high rises that have for decades been a target of older downsizers. If not over 60 and had outdoor pool like Hamptons, the dev would sell better. Evans Farm price points with a pool. [/quote]
