They have their social circles through Church, community center, country club, etc. If you visited our neighborhood on a weekday, you might think it was part retirement community part daycare between the elderly and the tots with nanny's. It's probably cheaper for them to stay and hire one of those services that manages everything than it is to move to a community like this luxury one.

I can afford 3M cash but the expected monthly charges on top of property taxes are hard to swallow. I wo t have anything left to help my offspring in this hostile economic environment
