Are you for real?? Those 4 planning units you are sending to Wakefield contain literally hundreds of students receiving free and reduced lunch. This increases poverty at Wakefield, leaves W-L wealthier and does nothing to Yorktown. Where exactly do you live?
Ugh, +1 As other posters have pointed out, your map doesn't have to be all green for it to be accepted. Some yellow will go through. That may solve the problem, unless you are being disingenuous about "would love to" keep those high-FARMS units at W-L.
Taking another look at 13:39's map, I can see where you might have thought this would be somewhat balanced demographically, as the units by Hoffman-Boston have moderate FARMS rates. The western pike is was more FARMS-heavy though, and trends would suggest it will remain so (if not increase) while the Hoffman-Boston area may or is already starting to improve.
