Neither W-L nor Yorktown need anything other than high test scores provided by their local demographics to make their schools appealing and high-performing. The people who want to take advantage of IB should be the ones to make sacrifices for it (ie apply and travel) rather than displacing neighborhood kids or overcrowding the school.
