An in shape woman (takes real effort, some weight lifting) with a sex drive is well in demand at any age.   I’m mid 50s, in great shape and definitely sexually active w my woman who is close to my age.

As a woman, I am with the OP that said staying in shape in our 50s is all about discipline. Why wouldn’t you want to feel good about yourself, and healthy! Plus, hard workouts boost endorphins, which means increased horniness.  [/quote]
