Nothing about it is attacking religious minorities. Plenty of people have said “why isn’t my observance on the list”. Are they not religious minorities too? That’s one reason falls church abandoned the policy. “Unlike APS, Fairfax County Public Schools based its holiday-closure decisions on data regarding staff and student absences, offering Extended Day child care during closures.
