Lol, Russia isnt trying to "block expansion of a military buildup near its borders.  That would be Ukraine and NATO.  Russia is the one engaging in an "expansion of a military buildup" near the borders of Ukraine, Romania, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.[/quote]
