[/quote] Actually it could - if it leads to a movement of nationalized laws that automatically charge the parents/guardians of school shooters WHO OWN WEAPONS. Let them face a few years in the pen - their tune on gun rights or loose weapons all throughout the house will change very quickly.[/quote]
