nothing in the contract correct.  but they do have it in writing and to the public about compensation if fall doesnt happen. of some sort at least.

Saying a "fair financial adjustment" is so imprecise that they can attach any number to it.  Don't expect to get much back.  McLean, for example, had no spring season and they only refunded 12 percent.  I guess it is better than nothing. [/quote]
