(police report says that the police did that--but who knows?) And he was taken to a hospital. And he died at the hospital. Doesn't change the fact that the guy kneeling on his neck was responsible for his death. Could have triggered cardiac arrest or whatever. There was no reason for a man in handcuffs to be treated that way. Once you have the handcuffs on the dude, he is in custody. [/quote]
