My calves are my best feature, and I have slim ankles. Capris look great on me. I'm not searching 32 pages, but has Audrey Hepburn come up? Did she look frumpy in capris, too?
First, it is too early to bump this thread! A few more weeks people. Second, yes, Audrey Hepburn has come up. Audrey wore ankle pants, not capris. Big difference.
Capris, not ankle pants.
Call them what you want, even pedal pushers, but they look good only if you're built like a dancer.
Many, many of the middle-aged women on DCUM claim to be 5' 4" and 100 lbs, so they'd look great in these. Assuming you are proportional, they're fine for a non-dancer as well. If OP had posted a photo of what she meant (baggy cotton cropped pants with an elasticized waist), this thread would have died years ago. Yes. Everybody looks like sh*t in those. But don't blame capris.
Many of the middle-aged women on DCUM also claim they look extremely young and regularly get mistaken for 20 somethings.
