He has not lost custody nor been convicted. He appears to have given guardianship to his parents. That is how it is still unresolved. I am sure they are working with family law counsel. There is also a jurisdictional consideration.

I think you’re spot on. This is a complex legal process and if CB’s parents are pursuing custody they are doing so in the most efficient way possible. In other words, working with legal counsel and through the courts and NOT creating any publicity around their efforts. That it seems they have kept their cool in comparison to TB’s big mouth and witness tampering. Oh and concerning the tampering investigation I hope that is used to further the Benson’s argument in their favor. [/quote]
