I'm not sure about his family but I can tell you for a fact that his friends back in NY have all come to the obvious realization at this point that he's a killer. I'm talking about childhood friends, work friends...everybody. Even those who were in denial at first. The evidence is just too much and too obvious at this point.

He has not lost custody nor been convicted. He appears to have given guardianship to his parents. That is how it is still unresolved. I am sure they are working with family law counsel. There is also a jurisdictional consideration.
I think you’re spot on. This is a complex legal process and if CB’s parents are pursuing custody they are doing so in the most efficient way possible. In other words, working with legal counsel and through the courts and NOT creating any publicity around their efforts. That it seems they have kept their cool in comparison to TB’s big mouth and witness tampering. Oh and concerning the tampering investigation I hope that is used to further the Benson’s argument in their favor.

When are these cr**ks going to relinquish the girl to CBs parents (and for those not incarcerated, go back to New York)? How could these people have so little in the hearts to continue with this? (does the girl have an inheritance at some point, and that is why they are stuck to her like glue?)

The guy who started that fancies himself clever. He isn’t. He started several of the themes that other posters have carried on.
He started the Tick Tock idea regarding bb getting arrested. I’m sure there were others along the way.
For a while he was embedding memes into this thread. Bart Simpson was one of his go tos.
He gets some weird humor when he sees one of his dumb jokes being used.
He pointed out several things early that were bizarro world that might have been missed by most. Early early a photo of the safe was posted somewhere. That fella yelled from the Mountain top that there was no way JPM went to that safe on the floor and retrieved a second firearm. It was a dial safe and not one that he believed to be issued by the irs.
He stands by the assessment that while JPM had that second firearm the entire time, the plan wasn’t for her to use it. Bb shot Joe then attacked cb. Bb wasn’t prepared to explain blood on the firearm so he directed JPM to fire the second shot.
He tends to agree with another pp that 6 min seems like an eternity for JR to be in the house before bb makes it home to carry out the acts.
He would be inclined to make a small bet that big mama is charged with her actions after the fact. The seizure of her phone believed to have privileged info on it is a bfd.
He wonders if big mamas actions in the jailhouse where the straw that broke the camels back and caused the attorney to put his thumb on the scale to have JPM plea.
He thinks there are going to be some disappointed members of this forum when bb ultimately takes a plea.

She is hinting at what her son BB might do which is take a plea deal. I also believe no one cares but Tess B, big momma if JM went to the safe or not. She would believe that if JM didn't hold the gun to start it makes brandon less culpable in the two shot, both being progressively fetal shot murder of Joseph Nathan Ryan. It doesn't change anything, and it is very true that JM had the gun as planned by both of them for the very premeditated crime. So I don't even know why she is still trying to have some influence on a message board that doesn't decide the case where she is clearly faulted about her own involvement in trying to cover up this horrific premeditated double murder that had no point at all but to play out a psychopathic thrill kill for her son and defended by his mother. It is disgusting and big momma Tess keeps making herself look uneducated and bad by posting here. Keep doing it and you might make a case easier for your own legal battles after your son goes to jail for life.

My understanding from something several pages ago is that there are other family members trolling this board that don't like Brendan and his mother. So a lot of the back and forth we've seen is not just random anonymous people it's like Brendan's cousin and his mother and his aunt or something like that.

Big momma Tess didn't write that. I wrote that. I've never met a soul involved in this case. Obviously I won't be able to convince you. My interest in the safe was, in part, based on my familiarity with the safes the IRS issues its agents. It was one of the early points that didn't make sense. The timeline of the second gun doesn't change anything. it just didn't make sense. I doubt big mama would be celebrating BB taking a plea.
I suppose each of us can misuse words. "fetal" instead of "fatal".
Your reasoning is as flawed as your misuse of words. Anyone reading your post would think it was Tess so you might want to double check in the mirror or rethink your critical thinking. What you posted wasn't logical. You also would have no idea if you are not Tess if brandon might plea or not. What you posted makes little to no sense.
Don't be so dramatic by the way, that post accusing you the poster as being Tess is not so unhinged and she certainly has posted in this forum in the past.
