This is Tess's writing style. She repeatedly makes mistakes with her words such as using "where" when she means "were", and she uses poor grammar in general as she does here. She is hinting at what her son BB might do which is take a plea deal. I also believe no one cares but Tess B, big momma if JM went to the safe or not. She would believe that if JM didn't hold the gun to start it makes brandon less culpable in the two shot, both being progressively fetal shot murder of Joseph Nathan Ryan. It doesn't change anything, and it is very true that JM had the gun as planned by both of them for the very premeditated crime. So I don't even know why she is still trying to have some influence on a message board that doesn't decide the case where she is clearly faulted about her own involvement in trying to cover up this horrific premeditated double murder that had no point at all but to play out a psychopathic thrill kill for her son and defended by his mother. It is disgusting and big momma Tess keeps making herself look uneducated and bad by posting here. Keep doing it and you might make a case easier for your own legal battles after your son goes to jail for life.

Welp folks, I believe we have a new contender for the most unhinged thing posted on these 328+ pages of unhinged postings.

Big momma Tess didn't write that.  I wrote that.  I've never met a soul involved in this case. Obviously I won't be able to convince you.  My interest in the safe was, in part, based on my familiarity with the safes the IRS issues its agents.  It was one of the early points that didn't make sense.  The timeline of the second gun doesn't change anything.  it just didn't make sense.  I doubt big mama would be celebrating BB taking a plea.

I suppose each of us can misuse words.  "fetal" instead of "fatal".

Your reasoning is as flawed as your misuse of words. Anyone reading your post would think it was Tess so you might want to double check in the mirror or rethink your critical thinking. What you posted wasn't logical. You also would have no idea if you are not Tess if brandon might plea or not. What you posted makes little to no sense.

Don't be so dramatic by the way, that post accusing you the poster as being Tess is not so unhinged and she certainly has posted in this forum in the past. Your poor grammar certainly makes you sound Tess-like, as does your disconnected faulty reasoning. Nothing the previous poster said was outlandish or unhinged. [/quote]
