More like when when trying to appeal to a broder base MLS has to deal with groups of people that dont share an Academy mentality.

I hope they do the right thing and boot the troublemakers. I'm sure the option is being considered. An Academy mentality is what makes MLS different and is why youth players flock to MLS clubs. [/quote]

Yes!  And MLSN tiers of cannot work on a SY system.  You really think parents are going to drive and fly and pay all this money and give loads of time under the guise they might one day go to a MLSN pro academy and then do even more unnecessary traveling for one match at a time and pretend they have a realistic chance at going pro if they change the age cutoff to Aug 1st?  The whole system would blow up.   As it stands, PP is right on, MLSN is top dog!  People flock to MLSN and they will lose all that and the ability to recruit the best players unless they stay BY.  They will live or die with this decision and I pray to God they make the right one![/quote]
