I've followed this fairly closely and I couldn't answer that question, since Reid's recommendations have not been made public.

There were definitely things in Scenario 4 that, unless cured, seem like they'd lead some board members to vote against the package.

Yup, that’s the voting bloc.

They’re the ones I said I liked in the favorite board members thread and people thought it was a random collection.

Who cares what they say, how they look, or what background they have?

All I care about is their votes.
