Because god forbid one of their heroines be anything other than totally, 100% open minded in the style of a 2026 Millennial. Actually, the women on Girls and Sex Lives of College Girls struggled more with bisexual men than Sophie did.

And Francesca creates the same problem. I just think they are going to skip over some of the most clear sources of drama for this romance, in order to deliver a super-woke version of Regency England. Instead of a period drama, it's like watching Gen Zers hook up at Ren Fair. Ugh.[/quote]
