Unfortunately, I don't see the Dems shedding themselves of the extreme left’s all-or-nothing approach to trans issues and trying to get rid of genders. No more so than I see the Republicans shedding themselves of the extreme right's all-or-nothing approach to abortion.

Which makes me think we all know what the Dem position is. 
Now...I'm not anti-trans in the least...and transgender/gender affirming care is fine...but why isn't it considered "elective"? That's my issue. Also...I do take issue with minors having this done before puberty. I stand with JK Rowling.[/quote]
