When you are overtly advocating for violent terrorism, this is a risk. He was espousing terroristic activity. It’s literally a law.
So why aren't those supporting Israel's terrorist government getting deported either then?
DP Israel is not a designated terrorist organization. Hamas is. I don't know what this guy did but if he committed a felony, he can get deported regardless of his greencard. Did he engage in violent protest? What did he say or do wrt hamas?
He hasn't been charged with a felony.
Yet. This is a story which is still unfolding. This will play out in court. Until that process is completed, speculation is all that is possible. That said, I'd say it's a safe bet he'll be deported in the end, and that such a result will meet with widespread acclaim. Like Columbia's loss of funding, this is important to the government as a demonstration of the allowable limits of both behavior and inaction when it comes to activities which are nominally political protests but which often appear to veer off to be vandalism, terroristic threats, intimidation, trespassing, and other criminal offenses. It is a warning, which like-minded "protestors" ignore at their peril, especially non-citizens who are here by sufferance and not by right.
Because you are a Trumper, you actually believe that "yet." Before they take you in, the charge should be announced. Taking people in and then hustling for a charge because you messed up doesn't inspire confidence in due process. I'm sure a forced confession will be produce6
