You?[/quote] I think the NY side of Niagara Falls trumps both, mainly because it is the frigging gateway to US - so so so damn depressing. DS, who was 13 at the time, and I spent a night in Niagara, Canada on our way back from Midwest to upstate NY. We had a lovely dinner with a room overlooking the falls - gorgeous at night. Got up the next morning and drove into the US. Even he noticed the jarring contrast, just how utterly bleak the cityscape was. We were listening to "1984" on tape. Sadly so fitting.[/quote]
