Mom is equally to blame but the cops were terrible.[/quote] The police should have left once the child was safely in custody of MCPS. Their only job was to help search and retrieve the kid safely. They have gone well above and beyond their scope here, seemingly with the encouragement of MCPS staff. [/quote]
