His family should be kicked out of there…[/quote] That’s what we would hope for but there are reasons it can’t happen like that. An incarcerated person can still own property including real estate. The more likely case for getting his family out of the house is that it goes into foreclosure and the mortgage holder takes the property. [/quote]
