For the 100th time, unlawful presence in the US is a CIVIL violation, not a crime. What IS a criminal offense is entering illegally (crossing a border without inspection). But, even then, first-time illegal entry is usually a misdemeanor (a minor crime).

I have not read the thread.. but geez.. it is un- American and inhumane to feel nothing for people who are being shot, who are being harassed at hospitals and at schools. Our cities and communities are invaded by troops with no accountability. U.S. citizen are caught up in this.
