I hope whoever posted this has read the update and reflected on "speculation."

115 mph. Not a "little fast." And no, the other driver didn't have an "absolute duty to YIELD" when it is impossible to avoid someone driving so recklessly. He is not going to "sue the estate," and I am not going to pray for "this poor youth."

I am relieved that he is at least taking responsibility for his actions. I wish, however, that's first brush with the law had had an impact on him.[/quote]
