There's a simple reason the billionaires are so much more successful than the rest of us. Day in and day out, they made the right choices, thought the right thoughts, had the right sorts of conversations with the right sorts of people and acted in virtuous ways that brought them closer to God.  They deserve every penny of their earnings while the rest of us must search our souls to identify where we went so wrong.  If that means poverty, so be it. (sarcasm, btw)
