They exchanged financial disclosures early last year. Their lawyers have been working on the divorce for a while. The winery case has nothing to do with the divorce. Brad has filed motions for Angelina’s communications regarding the sale. He is involved in several other lawsuits concerning the winery and I don’t see him dropping the case against Angelina unless those other cases are also resolved. Again, Angelina caused the winery case by selling to a third party she knew Brad didn’t want as a business partner. She is not a victim of the lawsuit, she is the aggressor. [/quote]

She was granted his communications surrounding the abuse, plane incident including  communications to the FBI agent with his manager, and offer of proof she filed in the the divorce case. It has [b]everything[/b] to do with the divorce and she could've used them in that case. It is not a coincidence that the divorce was finalized weeks after she won her judgement and she hasn't filed her answer yet. Stop being naive. He got spooked. [/quote]
